Immersive theatre is a type of performance that invites audiences to engage with performances in new and non-traditional ways. When attending an immersive show, you move through the theatre encountering performances in a variety of locations. You may be seated in a cushy seat watching the action on a stage or you may be invited to engage with performers in the lobby or take in an art installation as you transition from one location to the next.
