Immersive theatre is a type of performance that invites audiences to engage with performances in new and non-traditional ways. When attending an immersive show, you move through the theatre encountering performances in a variety of locations.  You may be seated in a cushy seat watching the action on a stage or you may be invited to engage with performers in the lobby or take in an art installation as you transition from one location to the next.

All Ticket sales are final and there are no refunds on ticket purchases, however we do realize life can be un-predictable and are happy to exchange your ticket purchase for another performance of the same show  IF you give us a call two hours before the start of your show.

All Premiere exchanges are subject to a $3 exchange fee (waived for Subscribers and Flexers)

The lobby is open 90 minutes prior to the start of the show and seating will begin thirty minutes prior to showtime.

Refreshments are available for purchase before the show and during intermission.  Our lobby selection is delicious and includes cookies, cakes, brownies and ice cream as well as coffee, tea, sodas, wine and beer. Food and drink are permitted in the theatre!
