We at the Millibo Art Theatre are excited to announce our new (and first ever!) Volunteer Extraordinaire: Jackie Kozdras!
We are lucky that Jackie found us way back in the summer of 2002, when we were but a young wee little theatre in Manitou Springs. She would bring her neighborhood kids to The MAT for our Kids First series and thought she better stick around, for the brownies were just too delicious.
Jackie’s been a Spring’s resident for twenty-four years. Her favorite show that she’s seen at The MAT is “K2.” The people are what she loves the most about The Millibo Art Theatre. From the staff, the people creating the shows, the ones performing in them, and the audience – it’s the people that elevate the theatrical experience from just a mere experience to a community.
Jackie’s been so generous to dedicate so much time and hard work to The MAT, and we could not be more thankful. She’s been a huge support as we’ve grown, moved, moved again, and become the theatre that we are today!
