Jordan Arrick

Member Since 2005

Jordan is one of the three original founders of the RiP – one of two founders still in the troupe. He is also one of the only two troupe members that goes by the same name now as when he joined.

In addition to the RiP, Jordan is the co-founder of Some Musical Improv and has performed improv in festivals and shows in Denver, Boston, Philadelphia, Toronto, Omaha, Kansas City, San Francisco, Syracuse (Kansas), Wichita, and possibly a few more places. He is a regular performer and instructor at Chaos Bloom Theater in Denver, CO.

Aside from improv, Jordan has performed on stages throughout the area, including the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Theaterworks, Star Bar Players, and the Butte Opera House. He has also been on screens of various sizes in commercials, films, and sketch comedy. Jordan is also one of the co-hosts of the hit podcast How Have You Not Seen That?

Margarita Archilla Kohart

Member Since 2005

Margarita holds the distinction of being the only remaining member of the RiP’s original cast that we cast – and is technically the only person here that auditioned for the troupe.

In addition to the RiP, Margarita has performed improv in festivals and shows in Denver, Boston, Omaha, Kansas City, San Francisco, Syracuse (Kansas), Wichita, and possibly a few more places. She is a member of Rise Comedy’s house sketch team and a regular performer at Chaos Bloom Theater in Denver, CO.

Aside from improv, Margarita has performed on stages throughout the area, including Star Bar Players, Theatre D’Art, and the Millibo Art Theater. She has also been on screens of various sizes in commercials, films, and sketch comedy. Margarita is also one of the co-hosts of the hit podcast How Have You Not Seen That?

Sara Gioia

Member Since 2009

Sara is the RiP’s newest member, which sounds ridiculous to say since she’s been with us for over a decade, joining us shortly after returning from college out of state and writing us an extremely flattering letter that perfectly played to our egos.

In addition to the RiP, Sara has performed improv in festivals and shows in Denver, Boston, Omaha, Kansas City, San Francisco, Syracuse (Kansas), Wichita, and possibly a few more places.

Aside from improv, Sara has performed on stages throughout the area, including the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center and the Millibo Art Theater. She has also been on screens of various sizes in commercials, films, and sketch comedy.

John Mark

Member Since 2005

John Mark’s involvement with the RiP dates back to our first ever show at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center in the summer of 2005. Granted, he was in the audience for that first one. After watching the troupe’s first performance, he showed up to our next rehearsal. There has been some debate as to whether he was invited. Regardless, we liked what we saw and gave up on trying to stop him.

In addition to the RiP, John Mark has performed improv in festivals and shows in Denver, Boston, Omaha, Kansas City, San Francisco, Syracuse (Kansas), Wichita, and possibly a few more places.

Aside from improv, John Mark is a producer, teacher and host of Science Riot—a non-profit that teaches scientists how to perform stand up comedy, and he has also been on screens of various sizes in commercials, films, and sketch comedy.

Kaleb Kohart

Member Since 2005

Kaleb is one of the three original founders of the RiP – the other one of two founders still in the troupe. And, as if he isn’t already a bit too similar to Jordan, Kaleb is also one of the only two troupe members that goes by his original moniker.

In addition to the RiP, Kaleb is the co-founder of Some Musical Improv and has performed improv in festivals and shows in Denver, Boston, Philadelphia, Toronto, Omaha, Kansas City, San Francisco, Syracuse (Kansas), Wichita, and possibly a few more places. He is a regular performer and instructor at Chaos Bloom Theater in Denver, CO.

Aside from improv, Kaleb has performed in musicals and plays on stages through the area, including the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Theaterworks, Star Bar Players, Theatre D’Art, Upstart Performing Ensemble, and the Millibo Art Theater. He has also been on screens of various sizes in commercials, films, and sketch comedy. Kaleb is also one of the co-hosts of the hit podcast How Have You Not Seen That?
