AUDITIONS FOR THE WOMEN’S THEATRE FESTIVAL (WTF)

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for the WTF!

Auditions will be held on February 7 from 12-3pm for roles in the short play component of the festival.  All roles are currently open.  We encourage performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and ages to audition! We need a wide array of talents and experiences. 

AUDITION DETAILS:

• Sign up for one of the following audition time slots:
  • 12pm to 12:40pm
  • 12:50pm to 1:30pm
  • 1:40pm to 2:20pm
  • 2:30pm-3:10pm
• Auditions will consist of cold reads from a variety of plays and scenes with a variety partners.
• Please bring a headshot and resume stapled together to the audition.
• If necessary, please call the MAT box office to schedule an audition on an alternative date at (719) 465-6321

SHOW DETAILS:

• Actors must be available for all technical rehearsals and show dates.
• REQUIRED SHOW DATES:  March 12 – 22; Thursday to Saturday shows at 7:30pm, Sunday shows at 2pm. 
• REQUIRED ENSEMBLE Rehearsal: Sunday, March 8 from 6 to 8:30pm
• REQUIRED TECH Rehearsals: March 9, 10, 11 from 6 to 9:30pm
• All actors will be part of the short ensemble interludes/transitions throughout the evening
• All actors will receive a small participation stipend
• Additional rehearsal times are TBD based on cast/crew availability, February 14-March 8
