ACCESSIBILITY
The building is accessible for patrons with restricted mobility as there are no steps between the parking lot and the entrance of the building. The Box Office and Bar are situated in the lobby. Furthermore, the entrances of the two restrooms are 34 inches wide and both restrooms have handle bars on different heights to hold on. The entrance to the theatre is 31 inches wide and there are no steps to get to the seats in the front row. There are two chairs that can be removed to accommodate two wheelchairs per show.
PARKING
All parking for the Millibo Art Theatre and the Ivywild School is shared. Parking is available in the lot immediately adjacent to the theatre, in front or behind the Ivywild school, and on the street. In addition, the MAT blocks off 30 spaces in the lot before the show for theatre patrons, when you arrive you may see an orange cone reserving a parking space. Just notify the attendant you are a ticket holder and they will open that space for you or just move the cone toward the front of the space.
TICKET PICK UP
We will hold your reservation with a gift certificate, comp ticket, or voucher up to the start of the show. If the show is SOLD OUT and you have not picked up your tickets by showtime, your seats will be released for sale to the general public. There are no refunds on comps or vouchers.
DRINKS & SWEET TREATS
What kind of hosts would we be, not offering anything to drink or to snack. Indeed, a really bad one. But no worries, we got you and offer a wide range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as our homemade sweet treats. You can take food and drinks inside.
DRESS CODE
Honestly, there is none. You are very welcome to wear whatever you like best and feel like. There are patrons coming in casual, dressed up and somewhere in between.
