Familiar Title – whole new show!
It’s time for some Holiday Mischief! Millibo’s annual Holiday Cabaret returns to the stage with its irreverent celebration of all things December. December 12th ~ 21st – Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 7:30 p
Millibo’s enchanting chanteuse Babette joined by her “thorn in the side-kick” Jim Jackson return to once again host a thrilling evening of December cheer. Miriam Roth’s jazzy vocal arrangements of the Holiday classics are backed up by the decidedly risqué Kinect Dance Collective and awe-inspiring aerial acrobatics by Elizabeth Fluharty, Brittany Willgues & Jaime Rockwell. Kayla Wimmerle provides the outrageous comic relief, Bob Morsch will surprise us with a musical Intermezzo and we wrap the whole evening in an inspired cup of Swedish Glögg and delicious Cheesecake. Get your tickets early as these shows always sell out fast.
Yes, our signature Holiday cocktail Glogg* will be available to warm the cockles of your heart. We’ll also have an array of delicious desserts to enjoy.
In other words, come hungry, come thirsty, and come ready for some amazing theatre!
*Glogg – An adventurous Viking drink (derived from an ancient word meaning burning embers) will have you feeling the heat in the most wonderful of ways!
It is sure to put you in the BEST of Holiday Spirits.

ELIZABETH FLUHARTY (Aerial Silk & Rope) For the last 12+ years, Elizabeth has been learning, performing, choreographing, and teaching a variety of circus arts including partner acrobatics, aerial arts, and stilts. Thanks to a decade and a half of saying “yes” to all kinds of adventures, the Circus has become her life and passion. You can often find her performing all over the state or teaching classes at Mountain Shadows Aerial Silks and the MAT.
JIM JACKSON (Director) is an internationally acclaimed clown with over 45 years of laughs in the circus and theatre. From 1976 through 2001, he toured his solo clown and circus shows throughout the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. Together with Birgitta De Pree, Jim co-founded the Millibo Art Theatre in 2002 where he has produced and directed many theatre, circus, and cabaret performances. He credits his three daughters Julia, Caitlin, and Lisbet for his best jokes.
KINECT DANCE COLLECTIVE started in 2017 and provides a supportive, dynamic environment for young adults pursuing their love for dance. Creating original, professional, and entertaining productions for the Colorado Springs community KDC gives college students, full-time workers, and/or mothers and fathers the opportunity to keep following their passion for dance. KDC will perform an original show this January at the MAT. Featured dancers in Yule Be Naughty include: Shayla Mellen, Paige Murphy, Kaela Reed, Lynnea Standley, Jaime Rockwell
BOB MORSCH has been making sounds for theatre companies all over Colorado Springs for the last decade. He has worked with Star Bar, Theatre D’Art, Springs Ensemble Theatre, Theatre Works, Rocky Mountain Rep, and the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center. Finally, after all that bouncing around, he is ecstatic to have ultimately landed in his home at the Millibo. He encourages you to take care of yourself, take care of someone else, adopt a dog, and pay for the car behind you.
JAIME ROCKWELL (Silks) has been dancing since age seven and was an instructor of all ages in Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary. Jaime is a co-owner of Kinect Dance Collective, a dance company specifically for adults and has been training in aerial silks for 6 years. She performs twice a year with the MAT and KDC.
MIRIAM ROTH (Singer) has been Chanteuse for Millibo’s Circus of the Night ever since its founding in 2004 and was last seen at the MAT in Women’s Theatre Festival and Picasso at the Lapin Agile. Miriam has recorded two albums and is an accomplished voice teacher.
BRITTANY WILLGUES (Silks & Rope Aerialist, Clown) moved to Colorado with her family in the spring of 2017. She immediately found Springs Dance, a studio offering aerial silks, and has been practicing there ever since. Brittany has been teaching youth aerial silks since January 2020 and began performing both aerial silks and partner acrobatics shortly after. Over the last 7 years, she has grown to love all things “circus” and is excited to go on performing, teaching, and honing new skills along the way.
KAYLA WIMMERLE (Clown) is thrilled to return for her second year in Circus of the Night! She graduated from UCCS with her Bachelors in Theatre and Music Performance. She has performed in UCCSTC productions, as well as Theatreworks and the MAT!
